The DDS MAC Legislative Committee is pleased to release the draft Developmental Disabilities Reform Act, or DDRA!
There will be a Town Hall Meeting on Saturday, January 10, 2009, co-hosted with Project ACTION! for anyone who is interested in learning more about the draft bill. Stay tuned for updates on the time and location.
After the Town Hall, there will be a series of meetings -- open to all -- for people to review and and help make improvements to the draft DDRA, section-by-section.
T.J. and committee members -- this is an outstanding piece of work. Congratulations on managing the process, respecting the viewpoints and compiling all the research/comments into this draft. You are to be commended.
